Is it just me or is the model switching in Checkpoint slower than in Forge?

Request] Faster switching of Cheakpoint models.

Forge takes about 1 second to switch cheakpoints, but,
A1111 takes about 10 seconds.

I think for the time being it doesn't matter since Forge development is permanently closed.

Try Settings > System > Disable memmap, try on vs off.
