Advanced Prompt Editing

So I know that you can use prompt editing to either:

1. Add to the prompt after X steps.
2. Remove from the prompt after X steps.

However, it seems these are mutually exclusive, correct? There is currently no way for me to combine the two do something like this (forgive the formatting, I assume this would be a new feature so I am unsure what it would look like):

a [red:5:10:blue:15:20] car

Meaning add red to the prompt for steps 5-10, then remove it. Also add blue to the prompt for steps 15-20, then remove it.

This currently is not possible, correct?
