which file do need to edit to remove or add custom tabs like png info or tab

i dont understand the whole code but i know some specific file will let me remove features without disturbing other elements, i just want to edit the UI ,nothing else. answers will be appreciated.

Sorry but can the bottom tabs bar (the one that's "Generation Textual Inversion Hypernetworks Checkpoints Lora") also be edited?

i used it but now the whole UI has stopped working, buttons dont work so i cant even revert it back, how do i fix this? its also giving me error like Traceback (most recent call last):
