Is there any way to create *visible folders* for the model picker in the UI? #13446
-
In other words, I want to organize the models into multiple folders for descriptive purposes - SD version, or model speciality, etc. I don't just want the UI to pick up everything within the folders and put them into a big list. Rather, I want to be able to browse the folder hierarchy from within the UI, much like Windows Explorer. Is there any feature like that? |

You can do it with the extra networks menu, but the folder hierarchy is flattened. A proper file browser has been suggested on the gradio repo. |

For now I have just added tags to the file names themselves (e.g. [FAVORITE MODELS]some model-70b.guff) to provide the information I need when choosing a model since creating directories that show up when picking a model is not supported. |
