NameError: name 'sys' is not defined

When running "webui-user.bat" in Windows10,
"NameError: name 'sys' is not defined" Error Occurred.

I'm not familiar with Python.
I think "import sys" doesn't work.

How can I fix this problem?

Problem solved.
I added "import sys" in Some *.py Source file.
