Reference images

I could see this having some amazing application in the design and sales cycle of our business. Curious if, in addition to keywords, functionality to accept a reference image could be added. Effectively giving one the ability to provide a rough sketch or render of, say, a deck on a structure, then provide a picture of the proposed house in question to furnish it with exterior finishing/colour/detail.
