Adding inpaint mask options to batch

I think it would be good to add inpaint options to the batch tab as well. Currently the batch tabs only uses the original image under the mask as the guide, however it would be good to have the option to change this to fill or latent etc. as well change padding and blur strength.
This will be handy for things like TemporalKit where we might want to change certain aspects completely
