Is the webui restricted to "localhost"?

For some reason I can only access the webui at localhost:7860 and not by [ip]:7860. I've never seen this with other SD webui's I've run from other repos. Is that a setting I can change?

Edit, because I can't figure out how to delete this.. stupid me. It's a commandline argument. Add --listen to the wbui-user.bat

For god's sake, don't delete your posts once they've been answered. You're not unique. Someone else will eventually run into the same problem. The whole point of public Q&A is so people can use search and don't clog up discussions asking the same basic questions over and over
