Right, I thought you were suggesting it could be done in the UI! I was thinking of being able to quickly swap between branches in the UI, by disabling one, enabling the other, and applying. In order to efficiently compare them. At present I end up running two instances of A1111 on different ports! |

Fair enough. I take a different approach to setting up my workspaces, but doesn't justify a change to the codebase if it's just me being odd :) |

Very late but +1 to this idea, I'm running A1111 in a docker container which makes it slightly more inconvenient to access the terminal |

From a development point of view, it would be good to be able to install different branches from the same repository, but to make it so that only one of them can be active at any given time.
