Describe the bug
Timely Goodie Bag is one of the rewards from Anniversary quests: The Originals or Soldier of Time in Tanaris, for characters under level 69 I believe. It is not listed in Tanaris -> Holiday -> WoW's Anniversary -> WoW's 20th Anniversary -> Quest
